Registering Your Child
We’re delighted you’re considering Whitchurch Forest Pre-school for your child’s early years journey. Our setting offers a warm, nature-led environment where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive.
To register your child with us, we ask that you complete and return the following forms:
Registration Form – essential contact details, permissions and emergency information
All About Me – helps us get to know your child’s personality, routines and preferences
Parent Contract – outlines our partnership with families and key responsibilities
Please take your time filling in the forms and let us know if you need any support — we’re happy to help. Once completed, these can be returned to us in person or by email. If you’re not sure when your child can start or how funding works, feel free to speak to a member of the team.
What Happens Next?
Once we’ve received your completed forms, we’ll get in touch to confirm your child’s place and discuss a potential start date. We’ll also arrange a settling-in session or trial morning so your child can get to know the setting, meet the team, and feel comfortable before starting fully.
During this time, we’ll talk through any questions you may have, go over routines, and make sure everything’s in place to support your child from day one.
We’re here to make the transition as smooth and reassuring as possible — for both you and your child.
